Sample Menus

Our food ethos has always been to reflect the place we are sailing in and try to use as much local produce as possible. A week's menu will be a delicious balance of foods, flavours and textures and be flexible enough to try and match the mood of the day – as well as your preferences.

Porridge made with jumbo organic oats, boat- made muesli or granola, yoghurt, fresh berries and fruit compote are available for each breakfast. Mary will talk to you about what is available as a cooked breakfast - we try to offer something different each day-  and of course all this is followed by toast and marmalade, gorgeous Scottish heather honey or home made jams from local supplier Lenice in Plockton. We stock a variety of teas, ground coffee, sometimes including some from Skye Coffee Roasters or Birch.

Morning coffee with Mary's boat - made shortbread and afternoon tea with cake will be served as appropriate. We keep our lunches relatively light to allow for all these goodies! The evening meal starts with canapes and if you have room can finish with cheese board, coffee and chocolates.
